Economy Tablet & Paper Co. began producing cohesive (self-seal) paper bands in
Chicago in 1936.

Paper bands were first used to band folded shirts in laundries. Numerous new applications for cohesive paper bands have been developed over the past 70 years and Economy Tablet & Paper Co. has been there every step of the way in order to satisfy evolving customer needs.

Economy Tablet & Paper Co. now provides paper bands for the printing, medical, dry cleaning, food service, janitorial and many other industries.
